As a Junior Trader, you will support all aspects of trading operations, including live execution, monitoring and post-trade analysis.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in algorithmic trading while working closely with experienced traders and quants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute algorithmic trading strategies in line with desk objectives
- Monitor and reconcile trading positions throughout the shift
- Continuously oversee the performance of live trading systems
- Identify and troubleshoot technical and operational issues in real time
- Assist senior traders in researching and testing new trading strategies
- Analyze trading performance and contribute to strategy refinement
- Act as the first line of defense in troubleshooting and resolving technical and operational issues that arise during trading activities
דרישות
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, Business or Economics (or students in their final year)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and algorithmic trading
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Technological orientation or programming experience – an advantage
