- Own feature specs and PRDs from problem defi nition through launch. Translate business and revenue goals into clear technical requirements.
- Lead development cycles and sprint priorities across a distributed engineering team.
- Validate new features end-to-end before they reach partners, particularly ad-related integrations and API-based functionality.
- Work directly with ad-tech partners on integrations, VAST/VPAID troubleshooting, demand setup, and supply-side issues.
- Monitor and act on yield data: eCPM, fi ll rate, bid density, completion rates, and discrepancy reports.
- Coordinate product launches across multiple CTV app stores, each with its own submission and compliance requirements.
- Use AI tools in your daily workflow.
דרישות
- 2+ years in a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, Developer, or Data Analyst role.
- Previous experience in OTT, CTV, in-app advertising, streaming, or ad tech.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with large datasets.
- Technical fluency.
- Experience with QA processes and troubleshooting technical issues
- Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in your current work.
- Strong analytical instincts.
- Self-directed.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
