- BSc in Computer Science with an academic transcript demonstrating an average grade of 85 and above
- Strong desire to learn and grow as a software developer
- Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript)
- Familiarity with software fundamentals like algorithms, data structures, and version control (e.g., Git)
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience developing AI-based solutions OR special projects - is an advantage for candidates.
