As we scale, we are looking for a highly motivated and proactive business intern to support our CEO and assist with key projects in investor relations, business development, and strategic planning.
Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity for business school students to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work directly with the CEO and gain exposure to fundraising, commercial strategy, investor relations, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, eager to learn, and comfortable taking on a mix of strategic and operational responsibilities.
Job Type: Internship (6-12 months, with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support & Executive Assistance
• Assist in managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary materials.
• Draft investor updates, presentations, and key reports.
• Support email communication, follow-ups, and outreach to key stakeholders.
• Take meeting notes and track action items to ensure timely execution.
Project Management & Business Operations
• Help manage investor relations, due diligence documentation, and fundraising materials.
• Track milestones and deliverables for internal projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct research on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Assist with business strategy development, financial modeling, and go-to-market planning.
• Support internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution.
Investor & Business Development Support
• Research and prepare reports on potential investors, partners, and market trends.
• Assist in preparing pitch decks, investor reports, and financial summaries.
• Maintain CRM systems to track key investor and partner relationships.
• Coordinate follow-ups with investors, industry partners, and potential clients.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience drafting reports and presentations.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Notion, Trello, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Interest in startups, biotech, food tech, or venture capital.
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and take initiative.
