Student Intern – AP Integration Team with AI Focus

Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Computer Science students with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence to join our dynamic AP Integration Team, which is one of the most critical teams in Monto. As a Student Intern on this team, you will collaborate with experienced engineers to develop and implement complex backend systems. This role offers hands-on experience in software development, data analysis and software automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will go through a deep learning process where you will build your skills around software development, architecture, and automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated web scraping scripts using Node.js, Fetch API, Cheerio and Puppeteer libraries.
- Document development processes, code changes, and integration procedures for future reference.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues using monitoring tools like Sentry.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science or a related field.
- Basic (and yet good!) understanding of JavaScript, both from frontend and backend (NodeJS).
- You should have some hands-on projects you built, which include some client-server communication.
- Basic Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript web frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Preferred Skills (not a must):
- Experience with Puppeteer for web scraping and automating web
- Understanding of software development life cycles and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Gen AI concepts — bonus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
