Placement and Assessment Coordinator –
The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Herzliya Pituach.

Key job responsibilities:
This role focuses on supporting program graduates in their job search and career integration.
We’re looking for someone with a strong educational and social orientation combined with business understanding and the ability to build meaningful connections with people and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate the placement process, tracking graduates progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.
• Coordinate and operate the admission and screening process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate journey.
• Experience in recruitment or in operational, people-oriented roles. Experience in the tech undustry is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds – an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and English – Must.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
