Join the REWIRE Center for Neuromodulation and Neurorestoration as a hands-on professional supporting cutting-edge neurorecovery studies, such as advanced spinal stimulation techniques. Work directly with individuals with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions to enhance their recovery and mobility. This multidisciplinary role involves close collaboration with research scientists, engineers, and clinicians.

Responsibilities:

-    Therapeutic Support: Assist Physical Therapists during locomotor training sessions, including providing hands-on support for standing, stepping, and guided lower limb movements, ensuring proper positioning and mobility activities. 
-    Participant Coordination: Take charge of recruiting, scheduling, screening, and tracking study participants; serve as their primary point of contact and advocate throughout the study duration.
-     Research Protocol Execution: Administer study procedures such as electrode placement, spinal stimulation equipment operation, and other activities required for the research process.
-     Data Collection & Testing: Manage testing environments, conduct day-to-day research tasks, collect physiological and motion data, complete pre/post documentation, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of research data.
-     IRB & Compliance: Support research documentation including IRB submissions, renewals, audits, and compliance adherence.
-     Technology & Equipment Support: Maintain research hardware, software, and supplies: troubleshoot basic equipment-related issues.
