The important "Exam period" is challenging and often characterized by a tight schedule, continues snacking of fasting (Growling stomach), a lot of stress, the is a tendency to get sick raises, gain or lose weight involuntarily, a lot of junk food, harm health and be under high stress during the exam period Besides being organized with study material and schedule, other habits can help you to improve your grades, and will help you get through this period feeling good and healthy. / Besides being organized in your studies and studying many hours, your lifestyle will also affect the short and long-term results In the lecture, I’ll provide practical tips of a healthy and balanced lifestyle during the exam period that you can start implement right away.
